Unlike most self-adhesive products, these peel-and-stick screw caps really stay stuck! A highperformance acrylic adhesive actually increases bond strength as it cures (maximum strength
is achieved at seven days, but you can hardly peel them off after 10 minutes!). The adhesive
is totally waterproof and withstands temperatures of -30º to 250ºF. These screw caps are
available in PVC and finished or unfinished natural wood veneers. The caps are 9/16” dia.
PVC caps are .025” thick; unfinished wood caps are .019” thick; and prefinished wood caps
are .024” thick. Each sheet contains 52 low-profile caps that may be affixed directly to the
surface. For a nearly invisible installation, flush mount them using the FastCap FlushMount
bit. Note the grain and color selection are also critical to achieving a virtually invisible
application.
