If your desire is to increase the range of coatings and finishes you want to spray with ease
and without compromise, consider Apollo’s enhanced Power-4 HVLP Turbosprayer. With
12% more power than other systems in its class, you have the power and performance to
spray higher viscosity materials with excellent results. With a powerful motor installed, to
spray everything from stain to multi-spec paints at manufacturers recommended viscosities.
The Power-4 is used by woodworkers, boat builders and restorers, automotive and airplane
restorers as well as any industry desiring super fine atomization to spray stains, lacquers,
enamels, polyurethanes, catalyzed finishes, conversion varnishes, and linear polyurethanes,
as well as any waterborne coatings, latex (emulsion) paint, multi-spec paints and more. The
Power-4 will support multiple spray guns with an optional Y-connector, part #A4227. The
Power-4 is available with the All-NEW AtomiZer® 7700 non-bleed spray gun in 1 Quart
Bottom Cup, 4 models of Gravity Cup (90 cc /250 cc /600 cc /1000 cc) and an 8oz Mini-Cup.
Our Handi-Hold® Spray Gun Docking Station, an Apollo innovation, will store, hold, or
transport your spray gun in a vertical position with no risk of knocking or falling over. It is

Apollo® HVLP Spray Systems
Isn’t Your Time Worth the Best?
HVLP stands for “High Volume Low Pressure,” and it’s the solution to the overspray
problem of high-pressure spray systems. Apollo was the originator of the HVLP spray
system in the United States and has been making top-quality spray equipment since
1966.
HVLP spraying uses a high volume of air (hence the oversize line from the power unit
to the gun), but delivers it to the gun at only 7-9.5 psi. This greatly reduces overspray
(an average of 80% of the material actually transfers to the workpiece). Spray pattern
control is also improved − fan patterns from 1/4” up to 15” are easily achieved using
just one tip, needle and nozzle.

Apollo HVLP sprayers use bypass-style turbine compressors to increase life
expectancy and reduce maintenance problems over the common flow-through
designs. Air never passes through the motor, so it is always clean and dry for
maximum finish quality. Apollo’s HVLP spray gun uses 300 series stainless steel
for all parts contacting the fluid, yet it weighs only 14.5 oz. This assures ultimate
