LAMINATE EDGE BANDING
FastCap® End Nippers
End Nippers are different from many flush cut trimmers due to their unique shape, which
allows them to flush cut edge banding up to 3 mm thick as well as soft metals like brass and
copper. Don’t use these to cut nails. Save that job for the heavy-duty Flush Cut Pliers (FSC6032). Nippers cut up to 1” W in a single cut. The handle is covered with textured material for
a sure grip. Nipper is 6-1/4” L. Imported.

Glue down veneer and edge tape without messy spray adhesives
FastCap’s® SpeedTape “peel and stick” adhesive eliminates the need to protect your
workspace against overspray, wait for the adhesive to dry or get that sticky goop off your
hands and clothing. SpeedTape’s permanent adhesive bond strengthens with time. Just roll
off a strip of tape, apply it to a clean, dry, oil/dust-free surface, burnish with the FastCap®
SpeedRoller, then peel off the backing and position the veneer or veneer edging. Finally, roll
the veneer down tight with the SpeedRoller. Seal the veneer or edge tape before applying a
surface finish containing solvent.
The FastCap® SpeedRoller Pro has 5/8” dia. rollers that weigh about 1.25 lbs. each for
concentrated pressure. Pairs of soft rubber-coated rollers for wood veneers and solidsteel rollers for high-pressure laminates. Other “hard” materials are interchangeable. The
SpeedRoller Quad has all 4 rollers already installed. Use rubber wheels for wood edge
banding or flip it over and use rubber wheels for PVC edge banding.
