Does your staple gun run out of oomph during jobs?
Staples that aren’t set flush can be unsightly and dangerous. Things have a tendency to get
caught on them, like your skin. Using a hammer alone flattens them out but doesn’t really set
them below the surface. FastCap has a unique little tool that drives them about 1/16” below
the surface with the tap of a hammer. The crown of a 1/4” staple fits perfectly into the recess
of the setting tool. Imported.

Shelf Drilling Jig, Self-Centering Bit and Bit Holder
You won’t win any craftsmanship awards just because your shelves don’t tip, but you won’t
even be in the running if they do! That’s why this jig is so valuable. It helps you drill precisely
spaced holes on 32mm (about 1-5/16”) centers. Two sets of stops make it easy to offset
the holes consistently from the end or side. For best results, clamp the guide in position.
Overall guide length is 23-7/8” with 18 guide holes. The self-centering drill has a special
nosepiece that mates with the jig, and the drill uses interchangeable 5 mm and 1/4” carbide
tipped boring bits or a 7/64” standard bit with an optional adapter. Order the size you need
separately.

The SH-6100 is a flat type shelf rest with a 7/16” nylon suction cup to keep your glass shelf
in place. The others trap the glass (1/4” or 3/8”) between a “U” shaped metal bracket and the
glass is held in place with a rubber tipped nylon screw. The holding bracket is ¾” square. The
bracket for 1/4” glass is .060” thick metal with a 5 mm diameter pin which is 8 mm long. The
bracket for 3/8” thick glass is .080” thick steel with a 6.5 mm (1/4”) pin which is 8mm long.
