Grass® Tiomos Concealed Hinges
Just like the previous style hinges, the new screw-on Tiomos hinges have both three-way
adjustability – up/down, in/out and sideways – and quick-disconnect. Adjustments can be
made independently of one another. Install with full-overlay, half-overlay or inset doors.
Available in soft-close or self-close style. The 110º hinge works for overlays up to 24 mm
(15/16”), with optimal reveal on doors up to 24 mm thick. The 160º hinge works for overlays
up to 25.4 mm (1”) and can be used on doors up to 32 mm (1-1/4”) thick. Choose the mounting
plate based on the door style/overlay required. The cup depth should be 12.6 mm. All
components are nickel plated. Order four screws per hinge-and-mounting-plate combination.
