Ideal for hand or power sanding
We offer three types of sandpaper to fit virtually all
woodworking needs. Silicon carbide: “wet-or-dry” sanding
paper, is primarily used for final sanding. Aluminum oxide
paper is the industry standard. “Stearated” aluminum oxide
”C” weight is specially coated to reduce clogging. Note:
stearated paper is not compatible with all finishes, such as
CrystaLac®. Sheets are 9” x 11.” Imported.

Nonwoven Abrasive Pads

Works like steel wool without the rust!
If you like using steel wool for that final buffing or to scuff
a finish between coats, you’ll love Klingspor’s NonWoven
Abrasive Pads! Steel wool metal fragments are a real
problem when using a water-based lacquer or varnish.
They often leave little rust specks in the finish! These pads
are easy to use (with or without the handy “pad holder”),
last longer and don’t leave metal fragments behind. The
white “non-abrasive” pads are used primarily for polishing,
while the other pads function as sandpaper substitutes and
are especially effective at removing old finishes. The pad
holder has tiny studs on the bottom to grip the abrasive
material firmly, yet it also allows for simple removal. Pads
measure 6” x 9”. Imported.
