FREUD® CARBIDE-TIPPED SAW BLADES
Freud® Diablo®-Trex® Decking Saw Blades
A
Freud® has designed a saw blade specifically for composite (Trex to be exact) decking
material. Cutting composite deck boards to length can be frustrating if you don’t use these
Diablo Trex blades. A modified triple chip grind tooth configuration, coupled with a nonstick
Perma-SHIELD® coating, reduces the melting of material. They also use a high-density
carbide tooth to maximize the blade life. Blades are all thin kerf for less material removal,
causing less drag for lower blade temperatures. Less heat = less gumming = longer life.
